Clients may request cancellation by contacting info@greenapexco.com or calling 980-400-4629.

For tax preparation, amounts paid for work that has not been performed will be refunded. If preparation has begun, charges for completed work will be determined under the agreed fee schedule and applicable law. A smaller-than-expected refund or a government processing delay does not, by itself, qualify a completed tax-preparation service for a refund.

Credit-repair clients may cancel without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after signing their contract. Credit-repair services will not begin before that period ends. Clients will receive the required cancellation notice and form with their agreement.

After that period, cancellation and any amounts lawfully due will be handled under the signed agreement and applicable law. No policy waives a client's statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Duplicate charges, billing errors, and concerns about services not delivered will be reviewed promptly. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when available; posting times depend on the payment provider.
