Credit program policies

How the credit program works.

  • One program only: $55 total for three dispute rounds over approximately three months.
  • Start with monitoring: Active credit monitoring is required throughout the program. It is purchased directly from the provider and billed separately, and must stay active. We cannot dispute without your credit report.
  • No consultation needed: Enroll, complete secure onboarding, and disputes begin from there.
  • Onboarding deadline: Complete onboarding within 72 hours. Weekend days do not count.
  • Dispute timing: Disputes are prepared and sent within 24-72 hours after onboarding and documents are verified.
  • Portal updates: Your portal updates every 30-45 days as the bureaus respond.
  • Results: We do not guarantee results and do not control the bureaus. Results may vary.
  • Agreement and payment: Your service agreement and payment timing will be provided before work begins.
